布萊克浦足球俱樂部體育場酒店-麗笙精選成員 (Blackpool Fc Hotel, Radisson Individuals)

本身係blackpool FC迷一定要住這酒店，房間窗可以直接望著球場，雖然未有比賽，但FC 迷望著已經很開心。

I really love the stadium view. It is a great for my 10-year-old kid. The staff are helpful. The hotel is comfortable despite the fact that it is a bit aged. It is quite easy to get there from the train station (Bus no. 5 / 5A; 15-20 mins) The hotel is right next to the Blackpool souvenir shop.

We were dissappointed in the car parking situation. It wasn't exactly made clear that you need to drive into where it was marked exit and press for them to lift the barrier. Then unfortunately there was no room so had to call into reception to find out where we could park it was a bit stressful and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very secure as you need to press for access to the entrance. Once up to reception on the first floor we were welcomed and allocated a room. The room was very tired with marked and scratched walls and ceiling. The bathroom had all the ususl facilities but a great big crack was in the tiles on the floor about two and half feet long. The shower head was dirty and the bottom of the main door was peeling away. The bed was two single mattresses put together which were obviously well used and meant there was a bump in between which wasnt very comfy. The bar was expensive for drinks and the staff seemed to multitask serving and cleaning tables etc. Some of the same staff were at breakfast and it just felt a bit overall short staffed. The breakfast itself was adequate but basic. We did notify reception on checking out of our findings as we are not usually ones to complain but the issues do make a difference and some just general maintenance.

Nice hotel, friendly staff with clean rooms and restaurant. Didn’t have a great night sleep as there was a dog barking constantly, didn’t realise at the time of booking the hotel is pet friendly, I think maybe pet bookings should maybe be allocated a block/section rather than keeping everyone up through the night, finally managed to get quiet around 2am. Staff were helpful though so this was no fault of theirs. Hotel is located well, easy to walk to main attractions etc. Good food for breakfast, although our table got cleared whilst getting a drink.

The hotel was fantastic although we were extremely disappointed that the gym and spa wasn’t available but cannot fault the actual service or hotel
