阿倫赫斯特酒店 (Alumhurst Hotel)

Perfect host,could not fault him,he was so welcoming,friendly smile,always willing to help. The room was very comfortable, very clean, great shower, beverage condiments I,towels,soap,shampoo all included. Location is a bit of a pity,maybe it’s me being old but would ideally suit younger party goers looking at the hotels around the area, but ideal for waterfront,football,pleasure beach and Blackpool night life. Question is would 為 say here again, the answer is yes but just a short say and that is down to the fantastic host. Well done…….

Very run down that does even look like a hotel.looks more like run down rooms 4 people off the streets.no hot water and I got moved 2 another room 2 again no hot water so couldn't shower 4 the 3 days/nites I was there.no heating at all and was freezing.i had 2 buy a blanket 4 extra warmth.fire alarm kepted going off on a evening and then the WiFi went off and never got sorted and no signal so u cant use ur own data.ripped carpets.dirty glass not been cleaned on showers with hair on then still.showers also leak when tested 4 hot water.no toilet roll or hair dryer half 2 bring ur own.horrible beds with no mattress protection on them.hairs on floor so haven't even hoovered.plus unless u have ur own acc 4 the TV can't watch it.couodnt open the curtain cause if u did cold air came threw which made it worst.cant ring 2 get hold of owner u have 2 ring the outside dr bell 2 get hold of him and then ur lucky if u can and he doesn't even answer 2 emails.worst run down horrible experience of a hotel in blackpool I've ever been 2.will never step foot in it again.im now hun o fight 4 my money bk as 3 nites off hell and stress.plus dont expect a good nite of relaxing or sleep cause all u hear with Dr's slamming.

Was good hotel but no water and thank Chang my room when asked

No one at all to man the building you have to call the owner who is not on site at all just to book you in then they leave again, shower freeing,underneath bed filthy,boil the kettle and fire alarm sets off,absolute shambles

Hot water tap was not working. TV was not working. Room is too small.

Arrived at the hotel and the first thing you notice is that all the windows are blacked out there is a ring doorbell but nobody answered anyway, anyway a guest came out so I went in the was no lights on in the lobby and nobody to greet you I knocked on the doors downstairs nobody answered then I heard another family outside and they were talking to someone who was telling them to wait 5 minutes (good job it wasn’t raining!) The guy arrived and he asked who’s the car was I said it was mine which he started shouting you have to move it I said where am I suppose to put it I told him I was disabled and couldn’t walk far his reply was I not car move the car! (If booked the hotel because of parking although it did say first come first served) He then proceeded to give us room 17 me and my nine year old grandson but the guy who came in swopped with me for room 1 there was no way I could have carried luggage to that high! Anyway proceeded to our room on the first landing it was obvious there were people living in the hotel and the corridor stunk of ****! We got In The room and nothing too bad it needed re decorating but hey they’ve just had the summer season but the bathroom was grubby there was no way I was getting in The shower and they’d left us with half a role of toilet paper. Slept well unwashed but got up this morning and boy the smell of **** had permitted the hole corridor it was horrible but perhaps the reason why we slept well! I recommend you keep well away and certainly don’t take kids There was nobody to wave us off but perhaps that’s a good thing !

The service was great the guy who checked us in was really nice and gave us whatever we needed or asked for the room was nice with a tv and heater there was a slight issue flushing the toilet lol but overall the hotel was great
