last Visit to this Hotel was 45 years ago, some modernisation including new carpets nice touch, warm greetings from some staff, some just ignoor you , Had Breakfast one day was overpriced at £12 the lady runing the restaurnant was brilliant , kept an eye on everything topping up what needed to be topped up , problem with lift not going to all floors they say its due to waiting for a part, I visited a Liverpool Britannia Hotel they made same excuse for years, just get it sorted . On the 訂房網站 website it says Breakfast between 7 and 9 , its now 8 and 10, also said No Children, after noticing some I asked at reception, they said that was only for a year a while ago . When booking I did ask as bein g a big person, could I have a Shower or Access room , it doid say only of available , but nothing done or said when booking, It was nice to visit the place again but sadly there are better hotels in Blackpool not much more money, so guess wont be Visiting again for anoher 45 years, some guets I spoke to hd to see 3 or 4rooms to find one that was clean and suitable

Although the hotel is a little tired it represents good value for money. The room was spacious and clean with Wi-Fi included. You have to ask if you want your room to be cleaned each day but I had no need for this. Extra tea, coffee and milk was available at the reception desk for you to help yourself. My room also had a small fridge but in several visits to the hotel I have never had this before, suggesting that I was upgraded. The main complaint is the price of drinks at the bar but there is a pub just over the public car park as well as cheap drinks in town.

Booked The Savoy for my dad who was visiting Blackpool for a long weekend. Very clean throughout, staff friendly and helpful, comfortable lounge area, cosy and clean bedroom, breakfast good.

The hotel is grand, but dated. It’s in a lovely position on the promenade and Gynn Square tram stop directly opposite. There is a Premier shop just around the corner for essential items. The room wasn’t ready, despite me being quite a bit past check in time, but the staff quickly rectified in a friendly and efficient manner. The room was adequate and clean. Great to have an iron and ironing board. Nice touch! I didn’t eat there, but had plenty of bits to make a drink in room. TV in room and felt quite at home with the distant sounds of the seagulls reminding me I was at the seaside. Happy days.

I was put right in the attic. Single room hardly any space init and stupid lights switch side of bed. Pillows rock hard and no fan in the room

absolutely disgraceful lift not working and travelling with a disabled person having to walk up 4 flights of stairs. utterly unacceptable. after eating in the restaurant me and my partner felt ill. the back of the radiator was so caked in dust i am asthmatic which could have set it off thankfully i was ok . honestly if you are disabled do not stay here .

Great location, sea views and free parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar area pleasant for sitting with comfy chairs. Rooms need updating but very clean.😁

Great hotel. Although it is a good walk away from the tower, there is bus stops and tram stops outside the door. Breakfast was excellent and staff were awesome too. I didn't take photos can't believe I forgot
