Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Blackpool and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with lovely views and easy access to the seafront and local attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the service was efficient throughout. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Blackpool.

The hotel was modern and very clean It was quiet at night . The staff were friendly and helpful It was a very enjoyable stay and we will return when next on business in Blackpool

I have stayed here a couple of times before and had liked everything about cleanliness, service, amenities and the contents of package. So I booked the same hotel one more time expecting the same as it was in the past. But this time I was totally disappointed with the quality of service. The breakfast used to be a very nice one and now 40% of the breakfast items are not there any more and the costs paid are higher despite of these. The condiments and replenishments inside the room have also 50% disappeared. When asked about the breakfast items which they used to provide and the condiments and replenishments in the room there was a very blanked faced answer plainy telling me that it was stopped. On second day when I asked for the room cleaning to the room cleaning staff they said my room does not appear on the list. When I ordered my dinner at the restaurant my specific requirements were not conveyed to the chef and was served with wrong food items. I would not book here again nor would I recommend anyone.

For what is being offered, the hotel is overpriced. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. I accidentally forgot my expensive prescription glasses and leather belt in my hotel room upon checking out. When I called the hotel the next day, I was advised that it was not in the lost and found box. When I inquired whether they can check with housekeeping, I was promised a call back. No one ever called me. The next day I called after unsuccessfully trying to reach someone at the front desk for many hours, the same story. I finally called on the third day and was advised that I reached an operator who promised to transfer me to the front desk; after waiting to be connected to someone for 15 min, I finally gave up.

Recently stayed 13th to 18th April checked out 17 th. Poor poor poor.unsatisfactory stay the Hilton brand name used to mean quality not at Hampton. The bed was not accessible from one side only inches from the wall the mattress was hard and uncomfortable comfortable couldn't sleep.Breakfast experience cooked breakfast was pathetic no fried eggs tomato black pudding. What was on offer was practically cold. Said good morning to 2 members of staff all I got was a scowl and no reply totally ignorant. . not recommended. For the same money the holiday inn Blackpool north far superior experience and excels in every department
