To start, this is not a 4* hotel. I am not sure how this was awarded. The rooms are old and they smell of something, and are in need of refurbishment. The walls are thin and you can hear the TV in the neighbouring rooms. There is a sea view from most of the rooms, which is the only positive. I have since found out it is a Britannia hotel, which explains a lot. They seem to have an ability to just make things bad. Removing anything that was once good. There was not even a kettle in the room.

Very warm in the Hotel. Some windows were sxrewed shut and some didnt open. Bus and tram stop outside the Hotel. Promenade needs council to spruce it up. Reception was very busy needs 2/3 staff on. It was a pleasant stay everything you need was in the room. Even a fan, which we needed as window didnt open.

The location is great, but everything else is quite old and worn out. The service was quite bad, we did not have any towels or water bottles in our room. Upon asking, they said we are ‘supposed’ to get the towels from the receptions. And only the rooms with a fridge will have water bottles. Did not even offer to let us buy any bottles. As it was quite late when we realised we did not have any bottle of waters, luckily found a Co-op in 5 mins distance closing soon, we had to grab them from there. The room had a partial sea view. But the bed was so noisy and squeaky even with the slightest movement. All the other furnitures were very old, no charging or plug points beside the bed. If not for location, because the beach is quiet in front of the hotel, i wouldn’t have even considered it ever again. One good thing about it was the swimming pool, it was very clean but the changing rooms could have been much better. I have booked through 訂房網站 previously, so I know it has nothing to do with internet or 3rd party booking, it is just a very old hotel. And the pictures are quite deceiving.

Was a lovely hotel room was clean facilities was average for a hotel the only thing that let this place down was they put my pregnant parented and I in a room next to someone with a dog and the dog barked through the whole night keeping us awake the most part

Hotel was great rooms lovelly . Bathroom beautiful . Room was so clean . My son loved the tea station . Beds very comfy . Just a few stops on tram away from tower . Left video of room and bathroom

It is a little bit far from the town centre, but very close to the tram station. The facilities are average, and there is some rust in the bath. The sea view is good but the window is a little bit dirty. All in all, for £75 for the weekend, it was barely passable.

It's a little far from Blavkpool North Station in the center of town, but it's close by bus or train. The Blackpool Grand Hotel is a very large hotel and very easy to find, so I thought it was a safe hotel for beginners. The front desk staff are always on standby, so I thought it was a very safe hotel.
