這次十分匆忙的預訂這間酒店，到達時已經是晚上12點，前台是24小時的，應該是過了晚上10點後大門會鎖住，除非有房卡，不然就要按鈴前台職員會來開門。因為有一袋垃圾，職員也很好幫我們處理掉。 房間乾淨、整潔，酒店提供飲用水機，可以拿房間內的玻璃樽取水，十分貼心，電視還可以看YouTube，風筒、洗漱用品齊全，浴室是無障礙設施，還有贈送小零食薯片。床也很舒服，軟硬適中。另外酒店也提供免費停車場給住客。 總括來說我們十分滿意，雖然有一些設備，如沙發有些微舊的跡班，但不影響使用，我們都可以接受。 酒店地點也方便，本來訂的Airbnb是為了方便去Eumundi Markets，但民宿的環境實在太骯髒，到處都是蟑螂及蟻。 其實從這間酒店開車到 Eumundi Markets也才30分鐘。我只後悔我沒有一早就預訂這間酒店，Airbnb 的民宿和酒店比實在差太遠，我推薦這間酒店！

We booked this hotel because of the brand, however it was not as good as the one in Brisbane city. The first day when we arrived, happy with the reception service. However, we didn't notice the dust until the second morning under the sun light. Therefore, we requested a cleanup. After we returned from the beach, the cleaning was 'done', but I noticed the desk was not wiped down nor the carpet was vacuumed. I then went outside to ask for cleaning again, and said this room must be dusted off, due to my son's hay fever, and he didn't sneezed a lot last night. They organised another cleaning, but it's like a real 'whatever'. The photos attached were after the second cleaning. I couldn't believe it but didn't want to ruin the holiday, so I decided to take some photos and cleaned for them, as well as for our own good. The experience this time ruined the reputation of Mercure. We will never return here.

Beautiful setting. Kanawa Bay is idyllic. It's modern and well planned. The hotel is surrounded by water & beautiful walls. The hotel has free parking and a cozy cafe which doubles up as the breakfast area and general dining area- it has limited seating capacity. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable & quiet. There's even a filter water cooler on every floor that dispensers clean cool water. The rooms only lack night lights. Breakfasts are cooked well & very tasty. There are plenty of local eateries in the surroundings around the hotel that are well worth checking out. Coles and Aldi are located within walking distance at the Stockland Birtinya shopping center.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The girls making the coffee in the morning were not so friendly though and took 40 minutes to make two coffees. You will need a car to go anywhere as there isn't much to do within walking distance and no real communal areas to enjoy each others company besides the restaurant.
