房間非常細, 且出入十分不方便, 要上樓梯又要落樓梯, 而且前台只得一個服務員. 唯一好處就是非常近火車站, 但附近沒有商店, 要步行十多分鐘才到.

I followed every guideline provided by the staff, yet I was met with shifting rules and "technical" requirements that make no sense. It feels like a deliberate attempt to trap guests into bookings they cannot use. If management does not resolve this refund promptly, I will be opening a formal case and submitting my evidence to the relevant authorities. Save your money and your sanity—stay somewhere else.

Lovely clean room. Warm ( maybe a little too warm) but not complaining! Had everything you need for a night or two. Lady on reception was amazing and the breakfast was great. Can’t complain about anything.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was  very clean and well-maintained. A special thank you to the chef—his cooking was outstanding! Every meal was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay!
