房間非常細, 且出入十分不方便, 要上樓梯又要落樓梯, 而且前台只得一個服務員. 唯一好處就是非常近火車站, 但附近沒有商店, 要步行十多分鐘才到.

Used for one night as had Birmingham theatre tickets. Brilliant location as Acocks Green staion right next door .Less than 10 minutes to Birmingham Snow Hill station and ready access to theatre. Very good price including breakfast. Aveena in the restaurant excellent Parking £5 power night Saves loads of money compared with çity centre stay. Price very favourable compared with travellodge/ premier inn.

I followed every guideline provided by the staff, yet I was met with shifting rules and "technical" requirements that make no sense. It feels like a deliberate attempt to trap guests into bookings they cannot use. If management does not resolve this refund promptly, I will be opening a formal case and submitting my evidence to the relevant authorities. Save your money and your sanity—stay somewhere else.
