Very reasonably priced for hotel accommodation of decent room size in Birmingham city centre area with good breakfast; their reservation system did not show that we had booked a family room, and hotel staff had sorted it out immediately during check-in.

Basic rooms, lobby looks nice though. Strange lady at check in told me to check in after the published check in time (was given the room earlier eventually, which was appreciated), but she needs some proper hospitality training. Room was not clean, found bottle of soda under the bed and mucus on the curtain. Fan in bathroom is on 24/7, causing some unnecessary noise. Real budget hotel.

位置較遠，步行至市中心約30分鐘。床單及浴室內的整潔一般，無提供房間的拖鞋、牙刷，只有2合1的洗頭兼沖涼液同2條大浴巾和1條地巾。 房間內明顯留有之前租客的物品。 住2晚，每晚都有人在走廊大叫，因隔音超差，所以每晚都被吵醒好幾次。 最差係洗面盤淤塞，通知前台但冇相應嘅人當值而無修理。 床架帶有轆，小孩都可以容易地推動，存在一定危險。

It was a great stay and perfect for short stays. Amenities are simple and basic but can get by with for a 2/3 day stay. There was free parking but gets quite packed. They do breakfast but I recommend going to the cafe down the road as it’s cheaper.
