伯明罕市中心住宿城市公寓酒店 (Staycity Aparthotels Birmingham City Centre)

非常推薦這間公寓！我們全家（一大三小）入住非常滿意。房間床鋪很舒適、睡得很好，最棒的是房內配有洗衣機，解決了長期旅行洗衣服的困擾。飯店有電梯，搬運行李很方便。雖然走到最熱鬧的市區會經過美術館，路途稍微遠了一點點，但當作散步很舒服。入住時有遇到其他房客煮飯油煙較大而觸發了全棟煙霧警報，這代表飯店的消防安全系統運作得非常良好、讓人安心。服務人員態度很好，是一次很棒的住宿體驗！

這是我見過出問題最多的酒店 第一天半夜到酒店 酒店説系統維護問題沒有房間給我們住 臨時換的酒店 酒店給打的車司機根本沒送到地方就説到了。第二次入住酒店房間晚上沖涼沒冷水，熱水燙的要死 還沒有人可以來修也沒有房間可以換，一個酒店最重要的就是洗個舒服的澡然後睡好覺，這個酒店是一樣也辦不到 工作人員態度是很好的，但是無法解決問題 我可以理解一次 當沒辦法理解第二次

可支持4個人同時出行。位置在伯明翰城市學院旁邊很安全，樓下有兩個超市，價格正常。可以每天從酒店左右兩側不同的路去市中心。非常安靜衹能聽到海鷗叫。在對面的區域還有一家印度餐廳味道也非常不錯。離酒店非常近，2分鐘內就可以到達運河煙韻和走走就是非常古老的伯明翰了。

地理位置離伯明翰新街火車站比較遠，還有一個大上坡，還要過橋，拐進去才能找到。離博物館和維多利亞廣場近，沒有四星級的標準酒店式公寓，隔音差，不建議選擇。

First time using StayCity ApartHotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Had a small issue with the (Nespesso!) coffee machine in the room, but was replaced for me within 10 minutes. Great position, parking on-site, and breakfast if you want it - so would definitely use again.

衛生一般，設施亦一般，我們房間內廁所的櫃門自行脫落掉下如圖。 酒店應好好定期檢查所有房間的設施。

很好的酒店，在黑安告別演出期間還能訂到人均不到1000的房間也是很難得，而且以為衹有兩張床，結果是雙床房+大床房，客廳還有一個梳化床，洗手間也有兩個。除此之外，還提供成套的乾淨碗筷鍋，有洗碗機咖啡機吐司機和微波爐可以自己做飯，前台人員態度非常好

the room is good enough for 3 persons, though the sofa beds are actually smaller than the photos. well equipped with 2 head cooking hobs, small fridge, dish washer, microwave with grill function and sufficient utensils, and also instant coffee were provided. the water pressure of the shower is super good and water is hot enough but the toilet is a bit small, you have to hide just next to the toilet bowl then you have enough space to open the door. The down side is the service of the reception & housekeeping team. After we got the room cards, we couldn't access to the room and needed to go down to ask the receptionist to fix the cards and come back to open the room. After entered the room, we found that the water in toilet sink didn't go, we asked the housekeeping staff who was just working at the next room to have a look at it but who said we needed to go to the receptionist (as there's no inter-room telephone, we have to go down again). Then the receptionist arranged another room which was downstairs for us. We booked for 2 nights, when we came back to the hotel the next evening, the room cards didn't work, again. The receptionist claimed that it might be due to the cards being put together with the mobile phone that might damage the cards. However, we were sure the cards weren't put together with the phones! It would be perfect if a small box of tissue could be provided.

Got a great discount for a last minute 訂房網站 to Birmingham! Room for 4 people but only two of us ended up going. Very clean room, friendly staff. Close to the city centre! Easy accessible from the m6. The carpark is a good price for the location. It was great to have two rooms, and have a job, mini fridge and table to sit out! Highly recommend.

Loved this spot, close to the city and it was a very safe location! The apartment had all the amenities, including a coffee machine and dishwasher, washing machine and great heating.
