位置：位置還算可以，周邊都可以滿足日常所需，屬於中心區衞生：一般，每天打掃也是將就，特別是早餐的桌子。收拾以後也是不忍直視。性價比：3星，周邊有很多選擇。服務：英國，愛爾蘭玩了20多天，這家酒店是最差的，服務我衹能用無敵差，特別是前台一個滿頭辮子的黑人女人，討厭至極，言語中夾雜不可一世的口音，所有服務都是no，每句話都跟你明碼標價，我個暴脾氣，衹能回你一個又一個白眼，作為服務者，也算星級酒店，怎麼招聘到這麼差勁的服務員！咋咋咩咋咋咋咋，不推薦。很少給寫差評，這家酒店是我專門找出來寫的！避雷給大家！

位置很好，很市中心，在運河的旁邊，附近餐館很多。酒店設施不錯，早飯超級好吃，有停車位，性價比拉滿，超級推薦。

Hotel was great along with the location. The beds were spacious and comfy. Cons: 1) Sudden knock by hotel staff to check out on the 2nd day when we actually booked for 3 nights 2) Housekeeper knock in the early morning around 9am saying that she wants to clean the room 3) Housekeeper open the room without consent when we were still sleeping intending to clean the room. SUPER RUDE Conclusion Hotel was great, but management and staff needs lots and lots of improvement. Very poor system. Terrible services but good hotel for location and size of bed

It’s very nice hotel with good amenities and gym that is much better than usually we see in the hotels. Personnel is very friendly and nice. Food is good. Considering price/quality is highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfy – perfect for a relaxing break. The location is ideal too, right in the heart of the city with everything just a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Can’t fault a thing – we’ll definitely be coming back. A fab hotel all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was great, clean and good parking available too. The only downside is it's next to all the bars and it was a little awkward waking past the drunk crowds at night. But slept peacefully and had a god stay. Even gave us a cot for the baby

這個價位在市中心接近完美了，停車也方便，一天18，就是隔音不是太好，能聽到走廊和隔壁的聲音，前台和電梯要等好久

I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a perfect location—central, convenient, and great for exploring the city. It has a luxurious feel throughout, with modern decor and a very clean environment. The staff were lovely—always polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with great amenities including coffee pods, tea, and coffee, as well as both still and sparkling water provided daily (a bottle of each). A big plus was the in-room entertainment setup—you can easily connect your phone to the TV via the hotel Wi-Fi to stream your favourite shows on apps like Netflix and Prime Video. Overall, I was really impressed with the comfort, service, and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for a stylish and relaxing city break.
