房間蠻安靜住在負一層所以沒有窗戶但是我僅僅衹是住一晚睡覺不影響我。床鋪和衞生間都很乾凈還有門簾床比較軟房間內就有廁所和浴室很方便房間內還有全身鏡和梳粧台前台有免費的檸檬水喝非常新鮮！衹是我的床頭燈壞了沒有維修一晚上吱吱響非常影響我的睡眠告訴了他們希望能馬上修好。

On the day we stayed there, two men started arguing and shouting in the corridor and the police came. We couldn’t sleep well. The area is not safe at all. Also, the hostel doesn’t provide towels and you have to pay extra to borrow it.

Excellent stay, staff was kind and helpful. Building layout is clear and functional for beginner travelers. Curtains within the beds create a sense of privacy which was reassuring. Would recommend to a friend.

Nice cozy place with a wonderful, friendly staff. Good location close to the city center and Grand Central Railway station. The shared area is rather big and nice decorated. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are warm and homely. 1 bathroom for 10 beds may be too low, but I've never been in a queue.

Spacious hostel. Nice thick blanket and bed(: friendly receptionist make you feel welcome to hostel. It will be better if there is plugs in toilet. A walk to city then to canal walk, walk back to hostel not far.

The location is close to Birmingham Snow Hill station. I think l just need to take about 5 minutes to get to the station. I feel perfectly fine when l stayed there. Bedsheet, pillow and the dormitory are clean. The other travellers in my dormitory were very considerate that makes me feel very happy and lucky. For budget travelers, this hostel is worth staying.
