我們透過訂房網站.con預訂3人房，但酒店職員說訂房網站.com給她們的指示是雙人房。但她們都很helpful，雖然機乎已full，但她們都騰出一間在ground floor的3人房給我們。 房間夠大，早餐buffet很多種類，而且味道不錯！ 走廊門正常要拍房卡才能進入去其他房間，不過很多人都經常不關走廊門，所以我覺得好危險，因為這意味著街外人也能進來。 結果半夜3:40突然聽到有人想開我們房門，幸好我有雙重鎖門！他應該轉移開了隔壁房門，聽到有個女人很驚恐的在外面高呼了很多次oh my god！

早餐很好吃，但是窗戶衹是個擺設，並不能打開，而且廁所通水很差，房間很悶，而且房間燈光很暗，書桌上面沒燈

Richard was great, the light things near door came off in my hand he sorted, had no charger he sorted. Was hungry he sorted, sorted breakfast all in all I had forgotten things and he helped with all of them, only problem bed in 345 is hard but otherwise a great stay. Tram stop back of the hotel, multiple buses front of the hotel. Shower lovely.
