ibis中房間算大的，7分鐘到中心區，在fibsbus汽車站旁邊，300米有超市，推薦！，前台服務人員是印度🇮🇳的。

酒店地點非常方便， 出外閒逛非常方便，員工親切友善， 房間清潔， 但比較細， 由於家庭出遊， 安排了一張梳化床， 梳化床質量比較差， 凹凸不平， 好像睡在波浪中， 比較難入睡

A very central location, with superb breakfast. We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough). Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door. Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding). Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

Room was dirty and stuffy the air con didn’t work no window to open was too hot to sleep! Was told that breakfast was on till 12 by reception came down and it had finished! Wasn’t told car park was free by the attendant then got charged £13 when leaving when could of paid a fiver round the corner! Absolutely awful experience!

Excellent location. The staff were helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was plentiful, always being replenished and had milk alternatives. There is a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby which is a great added bonus!

All staff awesome, location for utility arena brilliant just 5 minutes walk and very easy. Good selection for breakfast. Free hot drinks. My only complaint (which I didn't report) was my room smelt very fusty, not pleasant, but as I wasn't going to be in it long, didn't mention it. Other than that, room clean.

Location is great, few minutes walk into the center and to arena. Nice room but sofa bed wasn't comfy so my son struggled to sleep. Breakfast was nice and good for the money

Very disappointed when we arrived at 14.30 on Friday to be told it would cost us £10 if we wanted to checkin before 15.00. Even though I had joined the Ibis membership scheme ALL.com on Tuesday and my mate who was sharing the twin room has been a member for over 3 years. The reception was a real “job’s worth” and said as the booking was in my name this didn’t count and insisted on trying to charge us £10 to boo in 30 minutes early. Even though when I signed up to the scheme in Bristol on Tuesday we were allowed to book in at 1 o’clock 🤷🏽♂️ Other than that, it was OK, not great
