酒店位置離New Street火車站大約步行15分鐘, 房間比一般的大及整潔, 還包早餐, 早餐最驚喜是有一站自動pancake機, 味道還不錯, 讚！ 在這還要加許前台服務員, 因離開酒店後才發把iPad留在了酒店大堂, 聯絡酒店後得到前台的配合, 很快便為我找回iPad,真要謝謝他們👏👏

holiday inn express伯明翰雪山店位於伯明翰市snowhill地區，酒店距離有軌列車snowhill站步行5分鐘左右。酒店隔壁有一家小型超市（非24h），最近的超市步行10分鐘左右。對面是商務辦公樓以及一座教堂。早飯品種中規中矩，符合酒店定位，咖啡是其中較好的選擇，值得推薦。

酒店位於伯明翰市中心的商業區，從伯明翰New Street Station步行至酒店只需15分鐘時間，酒店旁邊也有另一個火車站Snow Hill，該站有火車去伯明翰附近的小城鎮，甚至London Marylebone。

The lady at the reception that was so so lovely, it was the hottest day of the year and we complained about the AC, she quickly changed our room, when we had further concerns and called reception, she came up speedily and provided warm assistance, sure value for my money.

設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨衞生 環境：距離伯明翰新街站步行約20分鐘，走路8分鐘左右可以到鬧市區，還是挺方便的。 服務：好 酒店定晚了，沒有定到大床房，衹能0.8米的床稍微對付下。 住一晚可以。

酒店位置在市中心，交通方便，酒店房間衛生好好，環境寧靜，食品都OK，外出交通方便，環境舒服，值得去住。

The hotel has a good location, about a ten-minute walk to the center area, making it quite convenient for getting around. However, the cleanliness needs improvement—the sofa in the room was noticeably dirty, which made the stay less comfortable. Considering the price, the value for money is still decent. If you don’t have particularly high expectations for cleanliness and facilities, it could be a reasonable option.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were simply amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well looked after. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I was greeted with a warm smile that immediately set the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, crisp linens that made for an excellent night’s sleep. The layout was thoughtful, with everything I needed right at hand — from charging points to great lighting and a well-designed workspace. The bathroom was immaculate and felt almost brand new, with a powerful shower and high-quality toiletries provided. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s perfectly situated within easy walking distance of Snow Hill Station and the city centre, which made exploring Birmingham so convenient. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, so I was able to completely relax after a busy day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and professional. The communal areas are bright, clean, and inviting — you can tell the staff take real pride in keeping everything to a high standard. Every interaction I had, from reception to housekeeping, was genuinely pleasant and left me impressed by how well the team works together to deliver a top-notch guest experience. Although I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, the dining area looked lovely and well organized, with plenty of seating and a calm, friendly vibe. I could easily see why so many guests enjoy it. In every way, the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill went above and beyond. The combination of excellent service, spotless rooms, and unbeatable location make it one of the best value stays in Birmingham. 房間設施比較陳舊， 住了6 天都沒有換新的床單。 房卡失效了5 次沒次都要去前天從新換卡， 服務員服務也沒有笑容。 早餐還算不錯在英國算比較有性價比。
