伯明翰市中心皇冠假日酒店 (Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre)

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre and were really impressed from start to finish ⭐. The location could not be more convenient 📍. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from New Street Station, the Bullring shopping centre, The Mailbox, and plenty of restaurants and bars. It made getting around Birmingham incredibly easy and meant we could make the most of our time without worrying about transport 🚆🛍️. Our room was spotlessly clean 🧼 and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable 🛏️, the décor was modern, and the facilities in the room, including tea and coffee ☕, a safe, and toiletries, were all of good quality. We also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel welcoming and practical for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel amenities were excellent. We made use of the bar and lounge area 🍹, which had a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Breakfast was a real highlight 🍳🥐, fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. Everything was well stocked even during busy times, and staff were attentive without being intrusive 😊. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The combination of an ideal location, clean and well equipped rooms, good amenities, and an outstanding breakfast makes this hotel a great choice for a visit to Birmingham 🌆. We would be very happy to stay here again and can confidently recommend it to anyone visiting the city 👍

剛好有封路維修，不是十分好找。但服務態度不錯，房間很大，衛生且床品十分舒適 只是感覺房內燈光略嫌不足。

當前台SOON提出可以提前入住時，真是大出意外。酒店性價比很高，整個服務中規中矩，確實是入住伯明翰的最佳選擇。

Service was excellent. Came here as it was my birthday and wanted to party in Birmingham. Lady on the desk always greeted me and my friend with a smile and she was so lovely. Was given complementary drinks for my birthday too, unfortunately never got to have them but thank you very much for those. Had a lovely birthday weekend ❤️

房間翻新過，非常寬敞舒適。早餐種類豐富品質不錯，服務態度也不錯。總體來説，各方面都很在線，值得推薦的酒店。

1. In the outdoor smoking area, some non-hotel guests will ask you for cigarettes and they are very rude 2. Yesterday at 00:30, the fire alarms on all floors suddenly went off. They stopped at 01:00, but no hotel staff came to tell us what happened

房間還可以，就是衞生間小點。

房間比較乾淨衞生，離火車站近，不過附近的路在修，不好走。在市中心，去那裡都方便。畢竟城市小，溜達溜達就可以走遍全市！

My stay at this hotel was 10/10. Check in was easy and breakfast was amazing.

酒店地點不錯，房間亦寬敞舒適。 但部分職員不太友善，Soon看來是中國人，但當我跟他說中國話時，他看來不太願意回答，只繼續用英語回應，明知我們英語說得不好，卻還繼續以英語向我們說話，感覺他很冷漠。這裡是英國，他向顧客說英語，當然不可說是做錯，但若然酒店職員能用顧客說他們熟悉的語言，這會令顧客倍感親切，也會減少不必要的誤會，就像處理泊車問題時由於我先生英語說得不好，他也沒有積極幫忙，還用一些很古怪的方法處理（就是給我們一張泊車已收費的單據，而不是以電腦系統幫我們處理泊車票）結果在我們入住第二天駕車外出時，我們不能順利離開酒店停車場；然而在第三天我們駕車離開停車場前，另一位職員卻按非常正常的方法處理我們的泊車票，結果我們可以順利自助地離開停車場，而不用其他人幫忙再處理。由此可見，這不是酒店泊車系統的問題，而是soon個人處理的問題。 雖然我不確定他是否跟我們是同樣的種族，但無論如何酒店職員應該對顧客親戚友善，即使顧客未能用你們熟悉的語言跟你們溝通，但你們是服務性行業，也應該盡量想方法跟客人好好溝通，這樣工作才會順利吧。
