Hotel was in right location for my 訂房網站 and staff was very helpful at all times and also book taxi for us which was no trouble to them . I will be booking this hotel next time we go to Birmingham.

Really pleasant stay, it had everything I needed and well placed to ensure I could get something hot to eat every night.

The room was not clean at all. The heater was hardly working so it was cold. Had to clean the table our selves so we could eat on it. Won't book another travel lodge again.
