房間比較舊了，但是比較大，服務還可以，英國酒店房間都沒有拖鞋和水，需要自備，早餐也還不錯。離其他地方比較遠，買東西不是很方便，需要打車

Hotel is not in a bad location for 訂房網站s out… But the hotel needs a lot of improvements! The breakfast buffet you are left waiting for them to replenish food items , you have to keep asking staff where are the cups for tea as none replaced there was queues because of the location of the toaster, be careful if you ask for water to be replaced in room as I was charged but then got a refund after complaining..the executive room was good but I know the standard rooms are not great. The staff were good but there needs better organisation. The pool area dated and no set time they seem to pick and choose open close times. We had quite a few issues not all mentioned here which we told reception about we was not happy and noticed other customers complaining.. we would not stay again and certainly not 4 star 3 at most .. can’t comment on spa treatments as did not use but looking at the spa I’m sure there are better ones around. Golf course 9 hole in good condition but outside hotel area need tidying up bit scruffy.

With a very warm welcome at check-in at usual, we had a great weekend for 5 families booking 5 rooms together at a very reasonable early bid price; the pool, jacuzzi, steam room were all great; and the dinner was wonderful too!

All staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small. Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full. Breakfast basic to say the least. It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

A 4-star hotel that's only worth 2 stars or below. I wanted to write this honest feedback not hoping the hotel will improve, as we won't visit again, but as a reference for those looking for a hotel in the Birmingham area. It's quite rare that I give such a low rating in my feedback. We originally booked for 1 night but decided to stay 2 nights to extend our 訂房網站 in Birmingham. We tried to update our booking on 訂房網站.com; however, we could only make another booking (same hotel, same type of room, under the same customer name). We emailed the hotel to reconfirm our booking and ask if we could stay in the same room. After some back-and-forth, they said it wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived for check-in, the staff failed to recognize our upfront request even though I told them we were staying for 2 nights. The staff didn't listen at all nor pay any attention. We noticed the hotel card had our departure date as the next day, so I went to reception to verify that we didn't need to move rooms but could stay in the same room for both nights. Overall, the reception staff was neither energetic nor proactive. They didn't share any information with us (swimming pool, breakfast area, etc.) – we had to ask for these details. It felt like a self-service hotel, though the staff in the breakfast area was welcoming, which is indeed standard. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. These facilities and the changing room were fine; however, the staff at the club was not helpful at all. Again, I had to ask for a towel in order to get one. The room was dated as shown in my photos, required renovation. Insulation was poor too we could hear noises along the corridor. We didn’t have a good sleep for the first night however fine for the second night. A positive note: Plenty of parking space.

I just stayed for one night at Lea Marston hotel. Did not have time to enjoy the facilities. Location is a bit off but still okay for drivers.

Lovely overnight stay. Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well. Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes. Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again.

Excellent polite staff. Great stay and myself and the boys loved it.
