房間很好，衹不過停車場位置比較少，要提前過去。提供免費的紙巾，垃圾袋，前台有。可以自行去拿。有餐具也可以自己煮飯

酒店位置非常好，房間整潔乾淨寬敞明亮，因為有暖氣，所以不覺得冷。房間設施齊全，服務員熱清大方，下次有機會再去。

第二次入住了，很喜歡這裡，酒店不遠處就有去往伯明翰新街站的公交車，酒店很乾凈，很舒適，我去維拉公園球場看球也很方便，入住很便捷，我很喜歡。

Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness Issues: The room was not clean upon arrival. We found multiple hairs on the bed linens, significant dust throughout the room, and an unvacuumed carpet that was visibly dirty. The coffee table had water marks left by previous guests. 2. Service Challenges: Attempts to cancel the remaining nights of our booking were denied by the hotel, and no one responded to my efforts to resolve the matter. 3. Check-In Difficulties: The check-in process was particularly challenging due to the absence of a reception desk and delayed responses from staff. 4. Disruptive Maintenance: During our stay, staff entered the room to fix the bedroom door lock. This caused noise and additional dust, further disrupting our experience. Overall, the conditions and lack of service made our stay unpleasant. Not recommended.

Walking distance to Villa Park but nothing else close & there was no service when I got there had to call twice for someone to let me in & I couldn’t get hot water I called, texted & emailed & I’m still waiting for a reply I wouldn’t stay there again.

Thia place is an hidden gem. Once you get over the access to the building etc I could not fault the apartment. It is clean modern and had everything I required for my stay. The woman on reception wss patient whilst I got to grips with the front door code. Car park is small but I managed to get a space. I would recommend Naps Inn great value for money.

The bed is incredibly small. The so called sofa bed is so soft and sunken you wouldn’t be able to walk next day if sleeping on it overnight. There’s no hot water, only borderline warm shower. It says including parking but there is no space, all filled up, only a handful of parking and first come first serve. No air conditioning or fan in the hot weather . No customer service. Smell like **** in the hallway and reception. Do not recommend, won’t come again. Do not worth money.

Paid for riverview apartment but there is no river so wrong information first of all, No apartment number mention on booking so it's easier to management to put you any room which is low price.
