Great location just a few minutes walk from New street station. I had a late train so arrived after the check in time but they sent over details of an app to download, texted the key and I got in no problem. The apartment was great with bed, sitting area, tv and kitchenette. It was very quiet and I had a great 2 nights of sleep. Lots of restaurants very close by (Rudy's pizza place was great) Highly recommended as a place to stay in central Birmingham

It were my second stays with no 8 Waterloo Last time I was booking luxury one bedroom apartment but this time I’m booking for luxury apartment which smaller and cheaper but still everything were perfect just in this small room the bathroom were flooding all of the time cause it were no divider in the bathroom, and the water weren’t flow out

We had a good stay overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were fine, although there is still some room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay.
