房間很乾凈整潔，前台的接待服務也基本到位，裝修目前看著還很新，對於民都魯這個小城市來説不容易，可能唯一缺點就是離海邊有些距離，酒店的床和被子很舒服。

The rooms are not clean espeecially Bathroom. Need to improve alot in cleaning. The glass door is fitted not securely as it was scraping the floor when open and close the door. The thoughned glass door can shatter anytime as it scrapes the floor. The towel provided was not as per the 4 star hotel specification.

Overall I am satisfied with the hotel services and room facilities. Just one comment on the shower room drainage system. The drainage system seem like got some issue where the water cannot be flush down. It need some time to let the water flush down. Thats mean you need to on and off the water when showering. Hopefully can improve it.

Went for a business 訂房網站 in Bintulu, breakfast was good, lots of choice. Location wise, you will always need grab for going to malls. Otherwise can do 10min walk to nearby pasar malam.

I loved the ambience of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious and cozy. The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc. And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.
