這個酒店外表看著很舊，但是裡面整體衞生比較乾淨，房間比較乾淨，早餐也很豐富，更重要的是酒店的服務員都是笑臉相迎。真不錯😌

I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Bintulu. The buffet breakfast was amazing and truly delicious — no wonder so many guests rave about it! The room was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend

Located in the center of Bintulu city Promenade is an ideal place to stay with your family., where everything you need is near you. Food, entertainment and whatever thing you need is there. Everybody is friendly and polite. Room price is off course everyone affordable.

Decent hotel surrounded by shop lots. No parking provided except open space road side parking. Not convenient. Location wise is good. Price wise is reasonable. Breakfast is not recommended in hotel.

Strategic location next to Bintulu Bus station, hypermarket, eatery outlets. Plenty of public car park lots avaliable. Serve good breakfast but the number of seats are quite limited.
