The hotel is quite new. The location is near the town area,very convenient to anywhere. But on the 2nd day we stayed,we received a msg saying that they didn't clean up the room as they said that day only one housekeeper.

As we had ask for not corner and quiet room but was still giving us noisy corner room but the cleanliness and location was good overall. The main part was when i reach early at 12 and ask if we could check in early but the staff told us around 2-3 pm will do, so we go around coffee shop and wait untill 2 pm then went back but they say only can check in at 3pm and if wanted to check in early then need to pay extra Rm30 which was not stated on the notice or Tnc, so that mean they have room ready but not willing to provide to us, as my partner arr tired we pay the extra 30 but they werent providing any receipts and told us the Rm 30 was for the cleaner which i dont really feel good about it

1. should provide wider range of tv channels. Not every room is provided. 2. loud voices from opposite karaoke premises.

The room was clean, towels and bathroom clean, however the bathroom or drain in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. So just a heads up, keep the bathroom door closed.
