非常推薦民丹島的這家酒店！從入住開始，就能感受到這裡非常出色的服務水準。無論是餐廳、咖啡店，還是 Recreation Village 的每一位工作人員，始終都笑容洋溢，熱情地和我們打招呼，還會主動關心我們的入住體驗，讓人覺得非常溫暖、舒適。入住期間我們參加了很多豐富的活動，比如 Chocolate Hour、瑜伽、海灘健身、室內健身、刺綉、Batik 繪畫等等。每一位 instructor 都非常熱情、耐心，也很有感染力，給我們留下了特別深刻的印象。這些活動不僅安排得很用心，也讓整個假期變得更加充實有趣。酒店的早餐也是一大亮點，種類非常豐富，包含中式、西式、印度風味等多種選擇，飲料、茶和甜點也都很多樣化。特別貼心的是，酒店還設定了方便小朋友自行拿取的專屬區域，處處都能看出對細節的重視和用心。特別感謝工作人員，包括 Shella、Cynthia、Maulana 等等，每一位員工都展現出了極高的專業度與真誠的服務態度。我們住過十幾個國家的酒店，Mövenpick 的服務真的可以説是數一數二，完全能感受到背後優秀而系統的培訓。也很期待未來 Spa、網球場、沙灘俱樂部等更多設施的完善與開放，相信到時候體驗會更加完整。我們一定還會再來，也強烈推薦給大家！

Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute 訂房網站 from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

Thank you so much for the pleasant stay, great and friendly hospitality and more than other the awesome and lovely kids activities with Shella, Liana, Putri, Chyntia and Resti🥰😍😘. And with all other staff in the resort. Everyone made our stay unique and unforgettable. I traveled with my 2 kids (7 & 9 YO) and the entire team in Mövenpick did not miss any chance to provide the best and most relaxing holiday experience we could possibly imagine. Great facilities, restaurants, food choices, pools, rooms, beds, pillows, daily chocolate hour 😋…. Everything was amazing. Thank you very much indeed.

I booked a pool view room, but discovered that their "pool view" referred to the children's pool in another direction. I felt misled, as this wasn't clearly stated online. However, after discussion, I was upgraded to the room type I originally expected FOC. Thank you to the receptionists Putri and Ansel for their friendly and excellent service. Since we are vegetarian, we were especially grateful to Ridho at port 19 restaurant for the delicious vegetarian options arranged for us. The only drawback was that the room had some minor cleanliness issues on the bed sheet and quilt but overall it was acceptable. I will definitely de back on my next 訂房網站. Recommended.

Movenpick Resort and Spa Bintan is the "reincarnation" of the Bintan Lagoon Resort, which underwent extensive renovation and "reopened" under the Movenpick brand recently. Now in the "soft opening" phase of the Resort, the spa and beach club were not ready during our stay. These two key facilities are expected to be ready for the "grand opening" of the Resort later this year. Other than the lack of the spa and beach club, the Resort is still a nice place to stay as its breakfast buffet and its daily Chocolate Hour (complimentary chocolate treats) are fabulous, and the large outdoor heated swimming pool was great without any crowd. Indoor recreational activities such as the gym, etc are available at the recreation village.

the resort is amazing, with the friendliest staffs and best service you can find. Highly recommended for families with young children age 1-10 years old with kids club. Parents can chill while the kids play at the playground, arcade etc. will definitely book this place again!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend. Their hospitality was amazing. They’ve upgraded our room and decorated it for the occasion. They’ll provide us with all the info they have and try to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They will frequently check in with us on the food quality and how is the stay etc. We really appreciate their hospitality and services provided. There is quite a fair bit of food choices available at Port 19 (local and western). The food we have ordered are good and delicious. Despite the resort is at its soft opening, there is quite a fair bit of activities that you can do here. For example, there are pools, gym, fitness studio for yoga, bicycle riding, pool table, darts, kids' activities rooms and outdoor playgrounds. There will be more facilities opening up soon like the spa and beach clubhouse in the coming months.

Service was amazing. Once arrived the terminal in Bintan, can easily find Mövenpick’s pick up point with a warm welcome. Quickly arranged on the shuttle bus. The view from hotel was stunning with natural breeze. Breakfast buffet is great with many varieties. Kids club is brilliant, my girl loves it and can spend one whole day there. Nap room for kids is perfect for those who takes a late ferry back to Singapore after check out. Will definitely visit again when the beach club opens. Special thanks to the house keeping team for the efforts in preparing the birthday surprise in the room.
