民丹島礁湖瑞享度假水療酒店 (Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon)

民丹島瑞享度假村環境清幽，園區椰林環繞，直面海灘，格外安靜。每日免費巧克力下午茶是亮點，服務人員熱情周到，班車可以直達碼頭十分方便。房間嶄新乾淨，設施齊全，WiFi穩定，很適合躲避喧囂度假，整體體驗很不錯。

環境：很好，設施和齊全…Recreation Club 很棒，兒童泳池，遊樂園和兒童自行車都有 設施：有點拖沓，一晚上斷電4次，尤其自助晚餐的時候Port19，無法開抽油煙機，整個嗆到不行，30分鐘草草結束了自助，吃的東西也不太行…早餐倒是不錯，挺多吃的 衞生：還行，衹能説5星酒店標準 不太注重酒店餐飲的，是個不錯的選擇…如果對吃有講究別選，會失望

非常推薦民丹島的這家酒店！ 從入住開始，就能感受到這裡非常出色的服務水準。無論是餐廳、咖啡店，還是 Recreation Village 的每一位工作人員，始終都笑容洋溢，熱情地和我們打招呼，還會主動關心我們的入住體驗，讓人覺得非常溫暖、舒適。 入住期間我們參加了很多豐富的活動，比如 Chocolate Hour、瑜伽、海灘健身、室內健身、刺綉、Batik 繪畫等等。每一位 instructor 都非常熱情、耐心，也很有感染力，給我們留下了特別深刻的印象。這些活動不僅安排得很用心，也讓整個假期變得更加充實有趣。 酒店的早餐也是一大亮點，種類非常豐富，包含中式、西式、印度風味等多種選擇，飲料、茶和甜點也都很多樣化。特別貼心的是，酒店還設定了方便小朋友自行拿取的專屬區域，處處都能看出對細節的重視和用心。 特別感謝工作人員，包括 Shella、Cynthia、Maulana 等等，每一位員工都展現出了極高的專業度與真誠的服務態度。我們住過十幾個國家的酒店，Mövenpick 的服務真的可以説是數一數二，完全能感受到背後優秀而系統的培訓。 也很期待未來 Spa、網球場、沙灘俱樂部等更多設施的完善與開放，相信到時候體驗會更加完整。我們一定還會再來，也強烈推薦給大家！

酒店很新，房間也不錯，就是會偏潮濕，但畢竟在海邊，整體服務還是不錯的，中午的自助餐沒晚上豐富，過來躺平在酒店還是不錯的選擇

整體的環境都是挺不錯的，游泳池還有房間都非常乾淨，非常新，孩子們都很喜歡餐廳了，美食也很多，尤其有很多好吃的山竹，還有美味的冰淇淋，孩子們都非常喜歡榴蓮忘返，下次沒準還會來

酒店是全新部份仲未完成，房間及大堂很美，還有私人沙灘有獨木舟直立板供

We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!

This hotel is currently in it’s ’soft opening’ phase, however it is definitely more that ready to give guests a wonderful experience. From check in it is clear that customer service is high priority for all staff and they bend over backwards to ensure your stay will be easy and memorable. The buffet breakfast is very good - lots of variety, as is the buffet dinner (very good value). Having 3 pools is great as guests are spread out across the resort. The rooms are clean and modern, the beds are comfy. What more could you want on a relaxing weekend away….a free chocolate hour maybe…? Well, they have that too!!!! Brilliant.
