We chose this hotel because from the descriptions and photos it looked great. The place is gorgeous, too bad for the cleanliness and the conditions in which it is maintained. We arrived and the room we had chosen on the application was not available, we were assigned another room but it was very dirty, dated and poorly maintained. A girl at the reception was really nice and showed us other rooms of the same type. Realising the difficulty she gave us a free upgrade. I don't know the name but I think she's a receptionist. In fact, thank you very much. The first night we found the sheets stained with blood but given the time, since they had already been kind and since there were two extra beds in the room, we decided to sleep in the two single beds and postpone the problem the next day. The next morning we asked to clean the room, the person who came to clean went to the reception telling that I had stained the bed with blood. My boyfriend explained to them that it was not my blood, but the reception replied that they would charge the money for the blood. When we returned to the room, we found the sheets dirty. We went to the reception and they came to check the room. They said that many are stains that cannot be removed. On the third day we asked to change the sheets again, we were in the room and the person who cleaned was very annoyed to have to change the sheets. While he was changing them we found blood under the sheets, we told to him and then we went to the reception. They realised that it was their mistake and apologised. In the room there were lights that didn't turn off, hot water that often didn't come out and a water pressure that sometimes didn't allow you to take a shower. The mattress was mouldy. The breakfast was often just super spicy. They also organised a wedding inside the structure without notifying the guests. All the common areas were occupied, we had to stay in the room all day, even for lunch. They organised a second event without notifying the guests. At 7:30am, they put the music at full volume and you couldn't even stay with everything closed. There were people walking outside to my balcony (area you can't access). We called the front desk, they said they would do something, but nothing changed. The pool was completely dirty, without maintenance. It is not turned on and is not cleaned. After an hour that I was in the water, a person came and turned it on. There were dead animals, things floating and the pool bottom was dirty. Many people who work there are really nice Too bad because the place is really nice. This is not an international hotel, and the asking price does not suit the level of the hotel.
