酒店有免費接送輪渡碼頭的班車，需要提前一天聯繫酒店預約。房間裡有可以做飯的廚具等，酒店安排的園景房也可以看到大海，私人海灘漫步感覺很好，沙子很細軟，也很乾凈，海水沒有什麼腥味。酒店早餐也還不錯，東南亞特色的一些食物、水果。去周邊遊玩有些距離，建議最好包車。

All the staff are friendly and accomodating. Wasn't able to get all their names including those who are in Xana Bar but they are all welcoming! Driver Bhuraman and Stella at the main counter are very kind and professional. They were the first two staff who welcome us warmly :) The place is perfect for relaxing. We love the style and the homey vibes of their room. We appreciate that they offer us to check in early with no extra charges. We really enjoyed the infinity pool and the fine-sand beach. Glad that we have experienced the sea turtle release activity which made the stay more meaningful. We just wish we spent more time to relax while having drinks at Xana Bar but the rain came along with us. Food prices were reasonable and taste absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the buffet breakfast especially their local dishes. The location is not nearby to go to places but very accessible with grab (which they launched only last May around the area). They have free shuttle service from Ferry terminal so it's also hassle free. Will definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommended for lowkey stays. :)

A Nice ambience relaxed resort. Room looks exactly like the posted photos. Got a small kitchen. Quiet on weekdays. Shower water pressure is strong and service crews are warmth and friendly. Arrival pickup and drop off saves a lot of hassle. Far from city. If you have a few days in Bintan, you can book a private one day tour which will bring you to various sightseeing spots. Guests from Cassia can use swimming pool and spa facilities at Angsana resort. Breakfast at Angsana Resort - Lotus, quite a good spread. Lunch at Vista within it's own premise - fried kway teow is delicious and dinner at Xana, western grill meat and seafood near beach - Pizza and Lamb chop is great (if served on hotplate will be perfect cause food went cold pretty fast 😅). Cassia has also some activities set each day, guests can sign up with friendly front desk. Next to the swimming pool, there is a game corner, for playing chess and snooker. Also a turtle pool not far away, children will be delighted to see turtles swimming. Great place to stay for a few days.

First time being at Cassia Bintan, what I can say that the staffs are very friendly and their hospitality is solid! Breakfast is above average with good variety. Room wise is clean, and has a mini kitchen to cook which is nice. Overall a comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Cassia. The room was really spacious (we booked the two bedroom garden view) as it came with a kitchen and living area. Came with two bathrooms so we did not have to fight for one. Staff were really friendly, shoutout to Benny who did the aquatic Zumba and the manager (I’m guessing) of the Lotus Cafe for being especially warm and welcoming. Overall, staff were friendly which made our 訂房網站 enjoyable. The breakfast provided had a good mix of western and Indonesian cuisine. Water sports were slightly more on the expensive side which was expected considering resort pricing. Also shoutout to the friendly staff who assisted us in the water sports.

Good place to get away from Singapore for the weekend. Apartment style hotel with kitchen and balcony, afforable, great beach and friendly staff. They have a turtle release program every Saturday of June. Foam pool party on every saturday and other activities on other days.
