Concierge staff on duty during check in was unfriendly, unapproachable, and lack of knowledge with hotel policy. Even though we raised our concern, she never felt guilty and just pretended that was not her problem at all. The environment is really elegant in style but the lack of maintenance. Cleanliness of the hotel room was the main concern for guests.Overall, we still give them 3/5. Staff working attitude issue, really unfair to reduce points for a good hotel.

Quite far away from the main city to eat. But the hotel rate is good for the room itself. Quite an old hotel, generally clean. Breakfast was normal,not much variety.

Service staff is polite and friendly. But hotel is not what it used to be. Popped floor tiles, cracks in ceilings, stained amenities in the room, mini fridge not working etc. Breakfast is also disappointing. Limited selection and food isn't very tasty. Used to be our go to hotel whenever we are in tanjung pinang. Maybe it's time to look elsewhere.
