整體入住體驗是好，設施設備很齊全，園區動線規劃良好，工作人員很親切，餐點也都在水準之上，唯獨住的那棟Spring館隔音非常差，二樓經常發出傢俱搬移的聲響不分時段令人感到困擾。

酒店服務奇差，退房時間一到，馬上打電話叫我走，多留10分鐘都不行，要我馬上離開。房間有很多蟻，嘔心死！要服務員送一桶飲用冰塊，居然要額外收錢。有生之年都不會再去！

The hotel that belongs to the Minera Hot Springs resort is not that bad. It has a lot of amenities and places to explore, good for the entire family on vacation. When we first arrived, we went to the winter suites, and that was not as nice because we didn't have separate rooms so we switched to three separate wood rooms in the Speing suites, and that turned out to be better. Although one room (room 197) was really danky and smelly. Also, when you arrive, you will quickly realize that the price of staying does not include visiting of the main park which has all of the Hot Springs. That cost extra I would think as hotel patrons we would have access to those, but not really. Not even a discount.

Khuôn viên rộng đẹp thoáng mát. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Đồ ăn hợp khẩu vị. Khu tắm cho khách lưu trú có hồ khoáng nóng & hồ bơi, mở trễ đến 8h tối rất thích. Điểm trừ lớn nhất là phòng ko cách âm nên các gia đình có con nhỏ ồn thật sự :( Giá tắm bùn quá cao so với khu khoáng nóng tắm bùn ở Nha Trang.

Resort sạch đẹp, yên tĩnh. Dịch vụ tốt, ngoài nhà hàng thì hơi ít khi ăn uống Hải sản. Cách Bà Rịa 4-50km nên lái xe trừ hao thêm 1 tiếng nha.
