酒店位置很好，就在火車站邊上，還車以後走回酒店才五分鐘，街對面就是英國宮百貨，樓上超市應有盡有。 其實畢爾巴鄂市中心很小，哪都二十分鐘左右腳程，哪怕是到古根海姆美術館。 房間本身無功無過，我們住低樓層，沿街，但隔音很好，就是被行道樹擋的完全沒有view 房間有沙發，有浴缸，衞生間有獨立暖氣架，所以即便空調打不熱，開暖氣還是很舒服的。床仍然如歐洲大多數一樣，太軟，沒辦法。我們的房間不含早，又趕上週日，他們酒店的米其林餐廳無法體驗了。

La cama es un soniquete continuo no es demasiado pedir un colchón duro de calidad y que no suene al moverse,solo moverse para levantarte. La habitación estaba muy fría según el termostato 19º a la llegada y fue poco a poco subiendo hasta los 24º al tercer día no es sano pasar frío en invierno ponemos la calefacción a 25º y en verano el aire a 19º. Mal muy mal . Por último tiene una terraza con servicio de bebidas y domingo a las 20:00 no había posibilidad de tomar un cocktail porque no tenía hierbabuena y faltaba café y no había posibilidad de algunas otras bebidas porque se habían agotado Un desastre pedí un zumo de tomate y lo devolví porque era un tormento de picante Es verdad que no nos cobraron ni el zumo ni el agua que sustituyó el zumo ni la cerveza de mi pareja. Pero el servicio penoso. Son cinco estrellas de hotel.

Honestly this doesn't deserve its 5 star. Location and decor is nice but everything else fails at all levels especially customer service. Arrive during summer european heat wave. Air con in first room was broken. We were asked to wait to see if it improved...it did not... Moved to another room which was marginally better at best with temperature around 24-25 degrees. Spoke to front desk and they said this was best they could do and we were unlucky..... How is that appropriate? On top of that asked to speak to manager, leaving 2 contact numbers and email.....never heard from them..

預訂時特地找了一家比較新的酒店，樓下就是地鐵，**胞們三站地鐵就到聖馬梅球場看球。馬路對面是英國宮商場，走去老城區衹需10分鐘，很方便。酒店不設停車場，公共停車場稍微要走10多分鐘。周邊餐廳咖啡館很多，吃東西超級方便。

酒店位置極佳，位於市中心，周邊購物有各種專賣店和英國宮，餐飲就在飯店後面，酒吧、飯店高低端的選擇都很豐富。酒店房間比較大，在歐洲算是不錯了！
