Great location - it right above the Bilbao bus terminal. New and clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was Decent with good selection of fruits. The hotel is highly recommended.

駅から非常に近くて、ロケーションがよかった。 ヨーロッパの他のホテルと同じで、スリッパと歯ブラシなどのアメリティがない。持參したスリッパを使用していたが、床がだいぶ汚れているようで、室內スリッパがすぐ汚くなった。

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. I would recommend it especially if you are traveling to or from other cities in Spain by bus as the hotel Is located right above the Bilbao bus station, super convenient. There is also tram, metro and bus near the hotel that take you to the old town and other destinations in Bilbao. The hotel was new and clean. The room was spacious enough with decent layout. Our booking included breakfast which was decent with good selection of fruits. The neighborhood was safe too. The only thing was that the reception was a bit slow and under staff. When we checked-in the hotel at 12:00 noon, there was only one staff at the reception. Though there were only 2 couples of customers in front of us, we had waited for 20-30 minutes. I hope it was only individual case.
