Me falto q hubiese cepillo de dientes en el baño ,bien es cierto q lo pedimos y se nos dio , el servicio de recepción de la noche no me gustó, sin embargo el chico de la mañana ,Erik, y el encargado de las maletas muy agradables ambos dos

We had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

Habitación amplia y limpia. Lo mejor ka ubicación, está en el centro de Bilbao desde donde se accede a todos los sitios con facilidad. Metro, autobuses y parada de taxis en la puerta
