We had such a great time this year for Semana Grande. And the Axel Hotel was in the perfect location for us. Right on the river next to a great spot for drinks and food. The rooftop pool is also a great spot to watch the fireworks! The staff was so helpful and friendly. And although we didn't need housekeeping while we were staying there they offered every day to clean our room or swap out towels or necessities for us. What a great experience. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future.

Top Lage! Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rezeption freundlich und effizient. Schöne moderne großräumige Zimmer. Leider war die Garderobe teilweise auf der minibar. Wir hatten nicht genug Platz für die Klamotten. Das schwierige war allerdings einen ekligen Geruch aus der Kanalisation in der Dusche jeden Morgen um 7. Wir hatten das Gefühl wir müssen erbrechen. Wir haben es der Rezeption erzählt und sie meinte, die Putzdame würde etwas reinwerfen. Es würde besser aber trotzdem nicht optimal.

빌바오에서의 기억은 악셀 호텔로 시작합니다. 처음에는 이런 취지로 만들어진 곳인지는 몰랐는데, 공간에 가자마자 모두를 환대한다는 사실을 알게 되었어요.

Die Lage des Hotels war spitze! Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Empfangspersonal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und großräumig. Leider die Garderobe ist teilweise auf der minibar und es gibt sehr wenig Platz um Kleider aufzuhängen. Sauber würde in 4 Tage zweimal gemacht. Das größte Problem aber, was wir morgens um 7 hatten, war ein unglaublicher Geruch aus der Kanalisation der Dusche. Wir haben fast erbrochen vom Ekel. Wir haben der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt und meinten die Putzfrau würde etwas rein tun. Es würde tatsächlich besser aber nicht optimal. Komisch, dass der Geruch nur morgens kam. Am Ende haben wir ein nasses Tuch auf dem Gully gelegt.
