The service was significantly delayed, and I was disappointed to find that even basic amenities such as soap and shampoo were not included in the stay. Additionally, not a single bottle of water was complimentary, which I found quite frustrating.

Wash room of property was like lodge. Property tarrif not matching with amenities. Third class plumbing equipments used in the washroom. Like jet sprey not working. Receptionist not interested to welcome guest.

Rooms need renovation food is good hotel is not standard upto tariff no proper parking security, as my car scratched and damaged in parking, even after the vole t parking facility, nobody is ready to listen to your complaint, and even argue

The hotel is under renovation and the lift was also stopped for maintenance. We had to climb the stairs to our room every time. We had stayed at the same hotel 3-4 months back and the renovation work was going on then as well. There should be information that renovation is going on in the hotel so that we as guests are well informed before making the booking. All the bathroom fittings were old and rusty, including the toilet (commode) which is a big safety issue. The only bearable experience was that that the hotel staff weren’t rude. I wouldn’t book this hotel for my next visit to Bilaspur until and unless the hotel is renovated completely should ensure the information about the status of renovation is made available to guests booking this hotel There are a lot of bookings for events in their banquet hall and most of staff only cater to the guests of the event. There is considerable noise from guests of the event in the banquet hall which is heard in the rooms till late at night (1:00 AM - 2:00 AM) and it disturbs our sleep. The hotel should be mindful of the comfort of all their guests and not only for the guests attending the event

Poor service and high prices. Overall average stay. The complementary stuff were not present. No water bottles. A simple order took so much time to be delivered.

Stay is comfortable. However i suggest two things for improvement. 1. Tv should be recharged up-til guest checkout. 2. Ac water in washroom should be managed.
