I recently stayed at Hotel Pinaki and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel offers great amenities, comfortable rooms, and is located in a convenient spot. Everything was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff seemed a bit disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm. While they did their job, I believe their communication skills could be improved to make interactions more pleasant. A bit more warmth and engagement from them would really enhance the guest experience. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel, hoping to see some improvement in this area.
