I had booked a Cosy Room for stay but arrived early and requested for an early check in. Early check in was allowed with a charge and I was given a Premium category room as no Cosy Room was vacant but I didn't liked the toilet as it was not having Shower and mirror was having patches. So I complaint to the counter and I was told to accommodate and as soon as rooms are vacant I will be shifted. Around 12 o'clock I was shifted to a Cosy Room. Bathroom was spacious and taps were having good water pressure. It was properly cleaned and amenities provided were good. Attendants were good and courteous. In the morning I ordered for Poha but it was not upto mark. However, overall I am satisfied

Our stay at hotel shivneri was fantastic! the rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautiful ! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! the location was perfect, within waking distance to major attraction and local restaurants ! over all, a wonderful experience and we recommend this hotel to anyone visiting bilaspur !

Everything was great food hospitality staff and they also have luggage room so if you check-out. You can keep your bags and come back and collect later

The hotel is good, the staff is good and has a friendly nature. Car parking may be improved. Overall the hotel is excellent.

Early check-in and extension of partial stay duration for 2 to 3 hrs was not possible; staff completely denied that and i need to pay the price of full night for early check-in for 3 hrs.

The stay is good , room is bit smaller but at this price and location it's ok. in house food is very tasty at a reasonable price also service is good . overall solo travelers one night stay is good

Cozy rooms are short here but we'll mentained, need to use heater geyser instead of bumb or solar, need to allow zomato & sweegy for food, thanks and food are quite expensive, staff behavior is very good supportive in nature, cleanness is reach, any issue related to room and service resolved immediately, laundry service quite expensive for washing i thing it's maid by washing machine, not so good, but you can manage it by outerside.
