At the time of checkout we asked to wait as they wanted the room to be checked by room service person The starter costed Very high amount which was surprised us after dinner Very very costly

- Wi-fi is provided.but without internet. - Tv is provided.but without news channels - Pick up/drop out by hotel car is a fake thing . The car is ment for hotel management and hotel staff. So it is never available for guests. This facility clause may please be deleted from the hotel description. It is misleading.

Free pick up and drop practically not available in hotel so plan accordingly. Food delivery time is also not on time. Room was good cleanliness also maintained

Cost of stay is high as per rooms standard. Foods are very very expensive unnecessarily, for example a cup of coffee with cost you rs 92. Not a value for money deal. Staffs are very nice & polity toward customers

Not a great experience. Kinda OK, I'd say. Food and hospitality is average, they even charged ₹50 for dental kit as we booked from MMT an not offline. Rooms are decent(the only good thing) . Overall, a decent budget friendly hotel if you are not much into hospitality.

Nice rooms with courteous staff, location is in the heart of city but no good views from rooms, food is costly, they charge extra money even if you exceed the check out time (10 am) by 10 mins, they don't inform you until you have stayed there for about 30-40 mins and after that they ask for ₹ 700 late check out charge for which they don't provide any bill or receipt.
