The check in process was smooth. Although, a little longer because the room we originally were going to be put in wasn’t clean yet, and the connection was giving the computer a problem, it didn’t bother me but there was a line forming. Cleanliness got four stars only because one wash cloth has a hair on it and one of the pillows had a hair on it too. But the bathroom smelled clean. The game room was awesome for the kids and parents too, had ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and a pool table all free and all worked. The jacuzzi could’ve been cleaner but it was well used, every time we passed it it was occupied, a little small if anything. The pool was good. Other visitors had been here before and shared that the pool was warmer last summer’s visit which made us think that the pool needs maintenance since it’s not accurately a “heated” pool. Although the kids didn’t mind.

每年去Big Bear滑雪住一晚，整個滑雪區域附近的酒店條件有限，應該説是旅館，衹能説就滑雪來説 方便吧
