房間大，服務態度好，下次出差還來這裡。和同事出差來到這個，城市不太大，酒店靠近海邊，周邊吃的也很多的。

Unfortunately we arrived late and maybe we got the last room. It was expensive for what it is as the room is old style and is not up to contemporary standards. The worst thing was that there was a strong smell of body odour which could not be fixed because the windows could not be opened. Overall an expensive and really really bad experience.

I would not stay again. Arrived early and only got the room later than the official check in. Found the room to be a family room which wasn't what was booked. The gym is I'll equipped.The shower is extremely cheap and basic, just a cheap rail that fell apart when I touched it. Cheap furniture, mostly fake wood/ plastic covered particle board. Being a family room our neighbours were loud as well, and do not know how to teach their kids properly door closing etiquette. Once the door was slammed so hard a piece of furniture in our room fell over onto me 🤣 Overall extremely disappointed and 1000% will not stay again.

schöne Innenarchitektur. Schöne Materialien ausgewählt. Ansprechend für Surfer und alle anderen Gäste. Große, helle freundliche Zimmer und ein Rooftop-Highlight: Restaurant, Freiluftlounge und Schmimmbad mit großartiger Aussicht. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Kofferservice und Parkservice wird für die Tiefgarage übernommen! Gute Lage: alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Hätten gern verlängert - Hotel war aber leider ausgebucht. Nach der ersten Reise an den wunderschönen Golf von Biskaya hat Biarritz den Ort San Sebastian noch übertroffen. Der Wahnsinn: das beste Essen ever!! villa-schmidt.de
