when I booked it was pay at the Hotel, then was asked to pay on your app and at midnight before it was cancelled leaving me stranded, I had to look for a hotel in the middle of the night

We recently stayed at this resort for one night, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient as it is situated right on the highway, making it easy to find and access. The food was excellent, with a variety of dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The staff stood out for their exceptional service – they were very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Another plus was the availability of car parking, which made things hassle-free for travelers like me who are driving. In short, it’s a great place for a short stopover or a relaxing stay with good amenities. Highly recommended!

Average hotel stay. Not worth to call resort, old construction with no proper facility feeling of staying in a lodge. Staff was not trained properly to greet but was co-operative when ask for something. Tea was horrible so did not order any food. Rooms are big, but carpets were dirty with cockroaches roaming in bathroom and very dirty buckets. No option available in bhusawal then only stay here. Charged 2000 for such room with no breakfast. Overall not recommended.

Overall ambience was good. Location is good. Staff is slow for room service. Breakfast was good. Hotel stay is value for money if you want to stay on highway during travel.
