Stayed very little period(10.30pm to 6.45am). your people were explained very nicely about room available resources, how to use all available instruments etc.when I started using all specifically bath room was felt friendly because excellent cleaning.Please keep it up and keep it continue.

Being from BBSR I have known this hotel more than a decade and it's stay service people hospitality is at par with 5 star hotels❤️ Recommended one.

One night stay on arrival. Chose due to central location. Courteous staff. Food ok. Rooms clean but run down. Breakfast not good. Opened only a part of the restaurant and it got crowded. Limited staff.

Wake-up call failed. Both the staff were sleeping although we had informed early morning checkout urine smell from the mattress. Regards

Room is overpriced and rest of the things are fine. Room is not worth of money spent. Food served was also average. Staff was supportive and hospitable. May not recommend anyone to stay here with this tariff.
