Room was a bit smaller in size and cleanliness was not upto the mark. Upon requesting the staff for changing dirty bedsheet they denied it by saying they don't have any more clean sheets. Bathroom was clean and okayish. Overall stay was average. Location was good. Campuses and Exam centres were nearby.

Room have ac but remote not available have tv remote not working. Bed sheet not clean from9. 30am power not available. I book with breakfast but hotel deny it first after that i show all supporting documents against it than he give food coupons but restaurants not have enough food to serve

Please please please don't book the hotel. My experience was really terrible. Roombis full of dust and bad odur. Cockroach were running on the bed and floor.

the room was not sufficiently airy, plus water seepage and dampness. ac wasn't working but that was ok. restaurant was very good. check in /check out not very smooth. checkout we wanted to extend by 2-3 hrs and as per the notice written on every door says pay 100 extra per hour. we called and confirmed that is the case. when the shift changed and different people came to the reception, they refused and said we need to pay half days rental. we stayed for 3-4 days, referred 8-10 people who came with us and their team haggling for every little thing felt really odd. . you can get more better oyo rooms for that price.

The experience is very bad. Rooms are not at all good. Rooms are not as per photos that were shown. Services are not good. Varanda can't be used as the same is always filled with water and damp. No toiletry, towels are provided. Paid for 3 beded delux room but provided normal 2 beded room. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not clean.

Location is very close to kms - which was our preference. Room allotted was pretty small - they have larger rooms which could have been given. The room cleaning was not done during our stay inspite of telling them. It will be great if they provide early check-in as we reached 3 hrs before scheduled checkin and we were charged rs. 350 for it after bargaining as they wanted to charge rs. 500 + gst.

Bed was good room was clean there was a e-boke renting facility available in the hotel premises till 9:30pm for additional cost these were positives. But toilet seat was not clean towel provided was not clean my room had a balcony in which 4-5 ac outdoor units were there walls were having shoe marks water heater was very unhygienic no door bells n service person was trying to open the latch directly no drinking water provided by their own geyser was of very small capacity that it couldn't either heat much or flow much these are their scope of improvement
