The location is good... situated in the main market ...good and maintained clean rooms ...but average food ... breakfast

The hotel decoration is good but the Room Ac is not working properly I call reception and then at night one person comes and washes an AC. but i feel that the Ac was not working again. My Room no is 301. staying date 18th March'25. I booked a Luxury Room but they provided me with a premium room. i asked one house keeping guy who said that this is a premium Room.

Excellent hotel..good location..very cooperative and soft spoken staff..helped me to book cab for bhimbetka rock shelters at a reasonable rate..entrance is attractive..new market is just 300 mtrs away..all other popular spots like boat house,tribal museum are 3-4 kms away..Indian coffee house is in the same street..babu ki kutia for delicious food is very near..we booked luxury room that is very spacious.very prompt service..2 water bottle's complimentary everyday..neat and clean rooms..only negqtive thing is that there is no window in most of the rooms..washroom size is very good with latest shower jet..property is new..must stay here..

Room service is very bad. Towels are torn in the room. Housekeeping service is also very bad. Hotel is only good in appearance. Overall arrangements are very bad.
