We had a wonderful time at Shambhala. It's a complete package that has something of everyone's interest. You feel so close to nature and yet it has all the amenities. Most importantly, it has super helpful and courteous staff, delcious food & endless ways to entertain the kids, youngsters and the elderly.Thank you for a memorable staycation! :)

shambhala is very beautiful resort ...it is in the midst of small village near bhopal ..far from hustle and bustle of city life..it has very elegant and earthy interior..food is also very tasty..staff is very polite and helpful..i would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend to my friends and relatives 😊👍🏻

When we reached at the property the concerned person made us sit for 1 hour after which we were told that the room we booked was given to someone else. And told we will get refund for the same. Now it’s showing on mmt that we have checked in and checked out also. Atleast don’t take bookings when you give the room to someone else and there was no manager available at that time to reach out.

Initially i have faced problems with the staff but after some time i found them extremely helpful and cooperative. They did provide not only the best services but also took care of every single request. The taste, quality and texture of the food is par to excellence. Kudos to their entire team.

I must say it was amazing experience. Specially for child we have. Food was damm good... Service provider were great. They trained awsome... Special thanks to owner of that property who maintained the culture 👍🏼

There are four rooms in the property. We were given the only room on the ground floor which faces the reception and the play area was also just outside the room. There was commotion and loud noise till 1 am in the night. Moreover, the ground floor room given to severely lacks in amenities as compared to the three rooms on the first floor. For example example, there was no sit out area or balcony with the ground floor room and the room furnishing were also bare minimum. We also faced huge delay as far as service is concerned. For a bottle of water and tea, sachets etc. We had to make numerous calls and the bottles of water were delivered after a delay of couple of hours. Moreover, there was no contact number or landline phone provided in the room to contact for room service, housekeeping etc. The resort even lacked a formal reception area or reception number. All in all forgettable experience, and we wanted to get out of the resort as soon as possible.
