geyser didn't worked, and the excuse they gave that, it's working It's just the light is not working on it.
which was false, after contacting couple of time to the reception a guy came and saw the geyser and went away and didn't anything.
after few minutes I called backed asking atleast send me a bucket of hot water.
after like 20 mins a guy came and delivered the bucket.
experience could be better

staff behavior is very rude
only f&b Manager behave like Professional else the staff is not Professional
if want water then you need to go to reception area in. night and you have e to together the same

I think they have reserved their third class rooms for online booking customers
first they gave me a room in which all the electric sockets were broken and wire was coming out of it, AC and TV was not working then they gave me another room in which the toilet door didn't have L drop it was a big mistake that I booked from mmt and the restaurant are too expensive

Very poor service all staff just ignore your complaint. F&B rates are too high and F&B staff is unprofessional every day minimum 1 hour was waste in breakfast due too poor service and bad behaviour.

Room was ok but service was poor. Reminder should be done many times for soup water etc finally drinking water not received in 3hours the i will do to reception to refill my own bottle. Tata sky not recharges since 2 days

The stay was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Rooms are really beautiful and was spacious than hotels of this range.

The bathroom was not clean properly and there was dust everywhere. Food was more expensive than a five star hotel. 2 pieces of chicken were given for Rs. 500. This hotel is not worth staying in.
