Rooms and washroom wee not well cleaned. Bath linen provided was not upto the mark. Room service was a bit delayed. Staff and manager were very humble.

Hotel was good with prime location and staff was also good and well behaved but in 50 degree temperature in bhilwara ac was not working properly.

The staff and hotel conditions are too bad, they even charge for ro water. The receptionist gave me the key of the room saying it's only left one room for stay, while we booked earlier

Offline the same room available at very low price including breakfast room was not good, service staff was good, not giving even water bottle with room booking, its chargeable tea, coffee, making things in room but you cant use them, not placed properly
