*3/5 stars* i recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself was amazing - spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. However, there were a few issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. Firstly, the floor in our room was not clean. There were visible stains and dirt, which was disappointing considering the overall quality of the room. Secondly, the food at the hotel was extremely expensive. While the food was decent, it didn't justify the high cost. Lastly, we had a strange experience with the staff. One of the staff members asked us to turn off one of the lights. We found this to be intrusive and unsettling. Overall, while the room was impressive, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness, food pricing, and staff etiquette. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to be truly excellent.

Terrifying Experience – Not Recommended for Late Arrivals We booked Black Buck Trails on January 11, 2025, at 11:00 PM and arrived in Narbad at 1:30 AM on January 12, 2025. Unfortunately, Google Maps showed no proper road leading to the hotel—just a dotted path—making navigation impossible. Since the hotel is deep in the jungle, the surroundings were pitch dark, and we were shocked to see blackbucks roaming dangerously close to our car. We repeatedly tried to contact the hotel for assistance, but there was no response and no help provided. Feeling stranded and unsafe, we even sought help from nearby hotels like Blackbuck Lodge, but their security guards were asleep. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to leave the area for our own safety. Advice to fellow travelers: Do not book this resort, especially if you're arriving at night. There is no proper connectivity, no support from the management, and the location poses serious safety risks. You could find yourself in a very dangerous situation with no help available.

The rooms are nice and spacious with a sit out area, the service however leaves a lot to be desired, no welcome drinks ( they were included in the package), extremely limited choices for dining

Very worst experience.. I booked 4 rooms on 11th jan..we reached there at 11 pm...Road is totally closed no way to reached the hotel.. I m with my family members n childrens are there.. There will be no lights no road..we contact with the property they cant receive the call no guard at the property..property is totally closed no guest at the hotel.. Resort is btw the jungle so lots of deer n animals are there..very terrible situation we faced with my family..After 2 hours we wait full nyt after that we travelled full night n reached Ahmedabad finally..Staff is very rude plz never booked this hotel it’s totally black listed..Don’t face such type of problems...very worst rude n terrible experience I faced ... so plz I request to take legal action against this hotel

I really liked the property and the location. The staff here is also very supportive. Only thing that is to be looked after is food. The food is overpriced and not that tasty.

Excellent rooms. Location is excellent (1 km from the safari gate). Amenities -room phones were not working, wifi doesn’t reach inside the room, food was bad and not much food options available. Don’t recommend eating here. Professional chef and restaurant staff is required. Property seemed to be new and in process of transition to a fully functional hotel despite running for a year.
