This is very terrible hotel which shouldn't be allowed booking. - There is no lift and nobody assisted me to bring my luggage to 3rd floor - Room had bedsheet of worst quality - One tile was broken in bathroom and it was bizzare - After my complaint they changed room - Water started dripping right at top my head where I slept - Again they changed my room to 1st floor where there was Wifi wasn't available, and mirrors was so worst that you can't see anything. - I had breakfast included but 1st day they provided only bread butter this is worst hotel. - Then they changed my room

Toilet door is not good in cleanliness and not comfortably operational, staff is cooperative and friendly, even at the time of check in midnight at 1:30 am. Overall good to stay.

Very old rooms, pathetic service. Front desk staff don't know wifi password! restaurant asks breakfast menu (select any one of available 2 items)and start preparing against order! a big no to consider next time stay.
