location is on highway and approach is good..property is okay with a grass lawn, swimming pool, parking and restaurant thrown in.. it's near to bird sanctuary..Food quality varies from good to bad.. priced good like ice cream, water, coke etc are charged 4 to 5 times their MRP . Just good for one visit

It was not a good experience, facility very poor not worth of money I paid .It is very budget hotel , ambience not good , Intercom not working ,tea kettle and cups are not clean and smelling also .everything in room very old .

Terrible, horrible, worst experience, mosquito bites, torn out linen, very bad mattress,terrible breakfast, terrible service, it is all mmt fault, mmt should have done proper due diligence

The no of staff is not adequate to host these many rooms. Service is pathetic, takes too much time. Breakfast was included in the stay, but the same was not ready till 8:00 in the morning and when it was ready, there was no staff to serve. Pathetic service from the hotel

The king bed was a two separate bed attached, we were with an infant. Hot water was available till 10:30 am only.

Overall experience was average. Food service and taste was below average as compared to the price charges. Manpower was less so there was a lot of delay in services. Rooms were not even ready when we reached at 2:15 while the check in time was 2.

Ambience was good, rooms were spacious, had all the basic requirements. Food was average. Buffet breakfast needs to be more elaborate. Need to add dosa wada, parathas, sausages. These are basics at-least in every resort. Buffet dinner needs improvement in taste. Every item was sweet.
