跟朋友一起去盧塞恩，約好的訂酒店訂在一起，結果訂房網站輸入蘇黎世，再輸入施偉澤霍夫就自動跳出了這家酒店，下單付款後，跟朋友一聊，才發現這個酒店在伯爾尼，不在蘇黎世，致電訂房網站解決，訂房網站後台也確認確實我輸入的蘇黎世，之後輸入的酒店施偉澤霍夫，但是後台推送有問題，推到了伯爾尼的施偉澤霍夫，結果導致訂錯酒店不能取消，損失5000多人民幣，訂房網站不願負全責，我是訂房網站黑鑽會員，發生這種事，讓我很無語。對訂房網站很失望，希望訂房網站能全款退款儘快給我解決

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble, nous avons profité de la chambre et du Spa qui étaient très bien. La propreté était impeccable. Le personnel de chambre est très gentil. Point négatif pour la mention “Vue sur la ville”, en effet, nous avions vue sur la façade du bâtiment d’en face (chambre 221). Le petit déjeuner est convenable mais le service ne suit pas. Le personnel ne nous a pas proposé la carte de mets chaud proposé en complément du buffet. Nous avons du demander à la table à côté où ils ont eu leurs pancake, omelette et autres. Nous avons donc commander une omelette fromage et bacon. Après 15 minutes d’attentes, une omelette est arrivée avec très très peu de fromage et sans bacon. Finalement, lors du checkout, toutes les personnes qui rendaient la chambre recevaient un petit ours en biscuits “pour les remercier de leurs sejour”. Nous n’avons rien reçu et le moment du checkout a été un peu bâclé, nous avons eu l’impression de ne pas avoir été traité comme les autres clients.

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide "2 king beds" in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

Hotel in the center in front of the train station, all the employees were very nice, for those who care, there is no air conditioner in the room, I booked an expensive room, there are probably rooms that need to be checked before. The hotel is clean.

一家溫馨而舒適的酒店，從火車站步行出來就是酒店，一路到鐘樓僅幾分鐘路程。所有工作人員都非常禮貌。房間略小，洗手間佈局比較大。 早餐略微簡單。
