Absolutely terrible experience. I would never stay here again. The biggest issue was that there was no proper cold water in the room, which made using the shower almost impossible. For a hotel stay, this is completely unacceptable. Instead of solving the problem quickly, the staff kept sending generic messages and offering partial compensation while I was still dealing with the issue in real time. To make things even worse, my belongings were moved out of the room by the hotel staff without proper communication because they had already assigned the room to other guests. The entire situation felt extremely stressful, disorganized, and unprofessional. The support team responded slowly and mostly copied standard corporate replies instead of actually helping. What should have been a simple stay turned into unnecessary stress and wasted time. I travel often and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely ruined my impression of the place. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
