Hi The first night room allocated to us had a very terrible toilet commode. We asked to get it cleaned but the housekeeping staff had left. Later, we requested for a room change, but they give us a change for the second night. We has even paid extra 15 euros for an hour of early checkin, still this worst experience with cleanliness. It is a big turn off when you pay extra still the room allocated had a uncleaned washroom. The first night was really terrible, as every time we used washroom, We regretted this hotel booking decision big time. But next day, they allocated us a better room with very good and CLEAN washroom. The reception guy was really helpful next day. Overall, it was a 50-50 experience for us, but for sure, I will not recommend this hotel. Thank you.
